Every sale records its custom amount, currency and a fixed days/months/years duration or explicitly sold Lifetime Coverage.

Receive confirmation

Receive an email and PDF showing Customer ID, service, amount, covered address and coverage dates or Lifetime status.

Review and sign

Use a secure link to review and electronically sign the service-specific agreement.

Access support

Contact CyberShield for assistance within the purchased scope and applicable agreement.

What devices may be included?

Covered devices depend on the service scope recorded for the customer.

What does Lifetime mean?

Lifetime Coverage applies to the purchased service arrangement under its agreement and remains subject to service availability, reasonable use, exclusions, applicable law and termination provisions.

Is the service the same for every customer?

No. Service scope, price and coverage period are recorded for each sale.

How do I find my Customer ID?

It appears in the confirmation email, PDF and agreement.

What happens after signing?

A signed PDF copy is emailed and securely retained.
